Mardi
Gras Madness We were proud to be supporters of the annual Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras on the 3rd March 2012. For the parade we created a large sculpture for one of the floats from Wollongong, creating possibly the largest sculpture ever of its kind. Blocks The latest trend in the bartending world is ice chipping blocks.They create a dramatic flair when producing cocktails and enable high end spirits to remain undiluted for longer than normal ice. Spheres The Mammoth Ice Sphere Maker is the only commercial ice sphere maker on the market with the ability to produce 2 perfect 70mm diameter ice spheres at a time. The units are ideal for high end bars and can continuously make up to 26 ice sphere per hour. Due to the large surface area of the ice spheres they have a slower melt rate than traditional ice cubes, leaving expensive spirits chilled but undiluted. Bars was launched on television's Big
Brother, in which it served as a
rewards room for the shows
contestants. In July 2008 it ran at
the Towradgi Beach Hotel for 3 weeks,
attracting over 1200 patrons
during the coldest days of the year. The
20ft x 20ft
mobile ice bar is available for hire and can
be set up virtually
anywhere around
the country. Mammoth Ice will work with you
to create the internal ice
layout that will best accommodate your
needs. Patrons and staff will
also be supplied with designer thermal wear
to protect them against the
chilly -8 degree conditions! It
is perfect
for private parties, product launches
and can also be set up as a mobile ice bar
for events ranging from 1
day to 4 week extravaganzas! The ice bar can
also serve as an added
attraction to your venue, running as an
additional bar on your own
